A "Ghost Hug" is a disembodied hug.
Wait... What?? A Disembodied Hug?!?
Yes, a disembodied hug or "Ghost Hug".

The Ghost Hug is how I choose to show you that we are so much more than we've been led to believe we are. So give it a try.

It's just me giving you a comforting hug using my unique personal energy signature in the form of my Spiritual Self instead of my body. Hence Ghost Hug because it will feel like an invisible hug.
So go on. Give it a try. See if you are among those who can feel it. Don't be afraid. It's just me.​

Hello, I'm Linda and I want to show you that we are all connected on the Cosmic Internet. I want to show that:

you are not alone,

energy can be directed,

we are so much more than we have been allowed to believe we are,

and that if I can do it, so can you.

To request a hug, all you have to do is take a moment to relax, then focus your thoughts upon calling to me and say:
"Linda, may I please have a hug?"
And then wait. I will respond by giving your shoulder a gentle squeeze to signal my presence.
So please don't be frightened!
Then, you will feel a warm hug enveloping you.
When you ask in earnest from an open heart, I will hear it and respond. Go on, give it a try.
